Information supplied to BS4U
When you purchase, request a trial or contact support, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email, billing details, order information, shop details and correspondence. Trial and compatibility requests may include your Windows version and printer setup. Activation requests contain machine-identifying information needed to issue a license for the authorized computer. Support attachments may contain diagnostics, job details or artwork you choose to send.
Why we use information
We use this information to process orders and refunds, deliver software, issue and manage licenses, answer questions, troubleshoot problems, maintain transaction records and protect the site against fraud and abuse. Send only information needed for your request. Do not email payment-card details, passwords or private signing keys.
Website, payments and service providers
The site runs on WordPress and WooCommerce with Hostinger hosting, LiteSpeed caching and Wordfence security tools. Hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requests and security events to operate and protect the site. WooPayments and its payment infrastructure process checkout payments; available wallet options involve the provider you select. These providers receive the information needed to process your transaction and prevent fraud. BS4U order records can include payment status, transaction references and payment-method information. Payment details entered in provider-hosted fields are handled by that payment service. Email services process correspondence and transactional messages. Provider handling is governed by their own privacy notices as well as their service arrangements.
Cookies and external resources
The store uses cookies and similar browser storage for functions such as cart contents, checkout sessions, sign-in and payment security. Your browser can restrict or remove cookies, but doing so can affect checkout and sign-in. Following links to YouTube, payment wallets or other external services takes you to services with their own privacy practices. Review those practices before providing information.
Local AutoSep files and optional connections
Core local separation and film preparation use files on your computer. This does not mean website purchases or support correspondence are processed locally. Artwork and diagnostics you deliberately send to BS4U become part of the support request. Optional configured email and online services transmit information when you use them; review the relevant provider terms before sending customer artwork or confidential information.
Automatic trial and background removal
The automatic 10-day trial records its start time, latest observed time and a hashed device identifier locally in application data and the current Windows user registry, protected with Windows DPAPI. These local trial records are not uploaded by the trial mechanism. Background removal processes artwork locally without sending it to an AI service. Website download requests are still handled by the hosting services described above.
Retention
WooCommerce currently has no automatic deletion or anonymization periods configured for inactive accounts, pending, failed, canceled, refunded or completed orders, or retained Stripe identifiers. Those records may therefore remain until manually reviewed or removed. Order, licensing and support information is retained as needed for service, accounting, dispute handling and applicable recordkeeping obligations; hosting, payment and security providers may maintain their own records under their policies. This notice does not promise that all records or backup copies disappear immediately after a request.
Privacy requests
Contact support to request access to, correction of or deletion of information supplied to BS4U. We may need to verify your identity and order details before acting. We will explain if information must be retained for transaction, security, legal or licensing reasons. Requests are reviewed individually; deletion is not automatically applied to all order or download records by the current store settings. Rights available to you depend on applicable law.
Changes and contact

Trial sign-up form
If you fill out the trial form, we collect your name, shop name, email address, and (optionally) phone number. We use it to send a few emails about your trial if you checked the box. We don’t sell it. To opt out, reply STOP to any email. To have your information deleted, email support@bs4uautosepstudio.com. The AutoSep software itself runs on your computer, and the form doesn’t give us access to your artwork, jobs, or software usage.
