Product and computer licenses
The one-PC license authorizes one Windows computer. The two-PC Shop License authorizes two Windows computers for the same licensed shop. Holiday Special (purchases from Oct 29, 2026 through Jan 1, 2027): the Holiday Special license authorizes up to three Windows computers for the same licensed shop. Each computer is activated separately with its own signed license file. A purchase licenses the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or authorize redistribution of the installer or license to other customers. The installer’s End User License Agreement also governs use of the supplied software.
Price and included coverage
From Oct 29, 2026 through Jan 1, 2027, the Holiday Special license for up to three computers is $399. The standard one-PC license price is $499. The product page and checkout show the price for your order and any applicable taxes. These are one-time purchases with a perpetual (lifetime) license to use the purchased version on the authorized computer or computers, plus one year of updates and email support. The paid license has no scheduled expiration. Lifetime licensing does not include lifetime updates, lifetime support, future paid major versions, or guaranteed compatibility with future systems. Refunded licenses are canceled; licenses may terminate for material breach under the EULA. No required monthly subscription applies. After that year, the purchased version continues working on the authorized computer; continued update and support coverage may be renewed separately. No future feature or release is promised by a purchase.
Delivery and activation
Software is delivered digitally through the download instructions provided for your order. During limited Early Access, delivery and activation are owner-managed. Create an activation request for each authorized computer and import the signed license returned by BS4U. A signed license file is separate from application or installer code signing. Contact support about expired download links, activation problems or a replacement computer. Do not share machine-bound license files.
Current requirements and Early Access status
The current installer is for Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64-bit. A 32-bit installer is not currently offered. Application and installer code signing are pending during Early Access. Obtain the package through BS4U and contact support about verification if Windows displays an unknown-publisher warning. Review the Support page before installation.
Refunds, including after activation
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, including after download, installation or activation. This applies to all paid license purchases, including the Holiday Special. Email support with your order details within that period. A refunded license is canceled and use must stop on every computer covered by it. See the 30-Day Refund Policy for instructions. Nothing in these terms reduces that policy or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Production and printer workflow
FilmRIP output depends on the installed Windows driver, printer, ink, film and calibrated shop settings. Generic profiles are not certification of a hardware combination. Review artwork, live plates, dimensions, registration and halftones before output, and qualify the physical process for your shop. PSD support is for importing artwork for production, not a full Photoshop editing environment.
Optional services and customer files
Core local production works offline after the applicable activation steps. Configured email, web tutorials and optional external services require connectivity and may have separate provider terms or charges. QuickBooks and Xero exports are CSV files, not live accounting synchronization. Keep backups of your artwork and jobs, and provide only files you are authorized to use or share.
Trials and support
The free 10-day trial is available by instant download and starts automatically on first launch. No invitation, trial checkout or manually issued trial license is required. Existing paid activation is preserved. A trial does not shorten the 30-day refund period on a subsequent paid purchase. For support, include your order number, AutoSep version, Windows version and a description of the issue.
Privacy and order records
The Privacy Policy explains information handling for the website, orders, licensing and support. Keep your order confirmation and the terms applicable to your purchase. Later website changes do not reduce the refund eligibility stated for your existing order.
