END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Limited Early Access Release — Unsigned Windows Build
Effective date: October 20, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between BigSales4U LLC, an Alabama limited liability company (“BigSales4U”), and the individual or entity that acquires or uses BS4U AutoSep Studio (“you”). By installing, activating, copying, or using the software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software and request any available refund under the Terms of Sale.
1. LICENSE GRANT
For evaluation, BigSales4U grants a free 10-day trial on one computer beginning automatically on first launch, subject to this Agreement. No invitation or manually issued trial license is required; existing paid activation remains in effect. After the trial, continued use requires a valid paid license. Subject to payment and continuing compliance with this Agreement, BigSales4U grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual (lifetime) license for the purchased version to install and use BS4U AutoSep Studio on the number of computers or seats authorized by your signed license file. The software is licensed, not sold.
2. EDITIONS, FEATURES, EARLY ACCESS, AND TERM
Standard paid one-PC, two-PC and Holiday Special (up to three-PC) licenses are perpetual (lifetime) licenses for the purchased version on the authorized computer or computers, with no scheduled expiration and no required renewal or subscription to continue using that version. The license remains subject to the refund and material-breach termination provisions in section 13. Trial and expressly agreed temporary licenses expire according to their stated terms. Your edition, enabled features, seat count, update/support period, and machine binding are recorded in the signed license. A standard paid license must not impose a time limit on the perpetual purchased-version entitlement; contact support for correction if an issued license does so. Features not included in that license are not granted. Version 1.0.0-PC1 is authorized by BigSales4U for the Early Access program with instant public trial downloads while the commercial Windows code-signing certificate is pending. It is not the unrestricted final public release. The installer is unsigned, so Windows or security software may identify the publisher as unknown or request additional review. Obtain the installer only through the official BigSales4U sales or support channel, verify the supplied SHA-256 value, and do not disable security controls. Early Access software may contain defects or change before the final release.
3. ACTIVATION AND MACHINE BINDING
Build 1002 uses signed offline activation. Future releases may offer online activation when configured. The software may bind a license to an authorized computer; it uses hashed characteristics for machine binding. You may not alter, forge, replay, share, or circumvent activation or license data. Reasonable hardware-change and transfer requests are handled under the support policy and may require deactivation, proof of purchase, or issuance of a replacement license.
4. PERMITTED BUSINESS USE
You may use the software to prepare separations, proofs, films, job records, and related production output for your own business and customers. You retain rights in artwork and business data that you lawfully provide. You are responsible for having permission to use customer artwork, fonts, color libraries, trademarks, and other supplied content.
5. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
(a) copy or distribute the software except for a reasonable archival backup;
(b) rent, lease, sublicense, resell, publish, or provide the software as a hosted service without written authorization;
(c) remove ownership, copyright, license, or security notices;
(d) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or bypass security or licensing controls except to the limited extent applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction;
(e) use stolen, forged, modified, or unauthorized license files;
(f) distribute owner-only licensing tools, private signing keys, certificates, or credentials; or
(g) use the software in violation of law or third-party rights.
6. OWNERSHIP
BigSales4U and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the software, documentation, branding, updates, and derivative works, excluding your artwork and business data. No trademark rights are granted.
7. UPDATES AND SERVICES
Standard one-PC, two-PC and Holiday Special purchases include one year of updates and email support, with no required monthly subscription. The perpetual purchased-version license continues after that year. Lifetime licensing does not include lifetime updates, lifetime support, future paid major versions, or a guarantee of compatibility with future operating systems or hardware. Continued update and support coverage may be renewed separately.
Updates, activation services, training, and support may be provided according to the purchased plan. BigSales4U may require signed updates for security. Internet-dependent services may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued; supported offline licensing remains subject to the applicable plan and support policy.
8. DATA AND PRIVACY
The desktop application is designed for primarily local processing. Online activation, update checking, support submissions, or optional connected services may transmit limited licensing, device, diagnostic, and contact information as described in the Privacy Notice. You must review diagnostic packages before sending them and remain responsible for customer information contained in your own files.
9. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
Third-party software included with BS4U AutoSep Studio is governed by its applicable notices and licenses. Those terms control solely for the relevant third-party component where required.
10. PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITY
Color separations, halftones, registration, dimensions, density, printer settings, media handling, and press results depend on artwork, equipment, calibration, consumables, environmental conditions, and operator decisions. You must inspect proofs, verify dimensions and registration, and run appropriate test output before production. The software does not replace professional production judgment.
11. LIMITED WARRANTY
Any express limited warranty is stated only in the Limited Warranty and Support Policy delivered with the software or displayed at purchase. EXCEPT FOR THAT EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BIGSALES4U DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIGSALES4U WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST PRODUCTION, LOST DATA, MATERIAL WASTE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. BIGSALES4U’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED LICENSE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. REFUNDS AND TERMINATION
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, including after download, installation, or activation, for any paid license, including the Holiday Special. Activation does not remove this eligibility. Email support@bs4uautosepstudio.com within that period with your order number, purchase date, product, and purchase email. A reason may be provided but is not a condition of this 30-day refund. Technical troubleshooting is not a prerequisite to a timely refund request. The Terms of Sale and https://bs4uautosepstudio.com/refund_returns/ give the request and processing details. This voluntary refund policy does not reduce the separate express limited warranty or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A refunded license is canceled. Stop using the software and uninstall it from every computer covered by that refunded license; retain copies of your own artwork and job files before uninstalling.
This Agreement terminates automatically if you materially breach it. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the software and license file, except records that law requires you to retain. Sections intended by their nature to survive will survive termination.
14. EXPORT AND SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
You must comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade laws. You may not use, export, or transfer the software where prohibited.
15. GOVERNING LAW
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, Alabama law governs this Agreement without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving Madison County, Alabama.
16. CHANGES AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Agreement supplied with the version you install controls that installation. Changes require a written agreement or acceptance of updated terms presented with a later version. This Agreement, the Terms of Sale, Privacy Notice, applicable order, and Limited Warranty and Support Policy form the complete agreement for the software.
